The Basics Course
Click on the link to purchase. The fee for the six classes is US$ 333. Note: This class is required for further work with me in any form and for all clients with the possible exception of some existing ones*.
This 6-part course will impart the following skills:
- Discernment of Truth
- Intention and Allowing; FIB clearing
- Connecting, Self-Love and Being You
- Aligning, Releasing, Embodying (ARE)
The next edition of this course will begin on Wednesday January 21, 2026. The classes will be one hour long and will take place at 1 pm ET every Wednesday thereafter for six weeks. If you are not available at that time you may access them via recording (with the right to ask unlimited questions via email), and the recordings will remain accessible for as long as you need them. The last two classes will focus on questions and practice – as well as offering some surprises – and there will also be plenty of practice time in each session. The series will be offered approximately every four months.
Once you have purchased, you will receive date and access information for the first class in the series (and for all subsequent classes the day before they occur).
After you have enrolled, you may choose to do private sessions with me concurrently with the course, as long as you have listened to at least one (additional) class before each of our sessions or at least one class per any week in which you do more than one session with me.
*Existing clients, including current members of Achieving Results Beyond Belief, are invited to check with me as to whether you will also need to follow this requirement. I will discern which of the skills you have already mastered. In some cases you may be asked to do a modified version of the course rather than the full one. Each class will be billed at US$55.
The same rule as in the previous paragraph about private sessions applies. Note that you may still request teleapathic assistance for family members who don’t do phone or online sessions with me. I will discern whether that person is able, ready and willing to receive assistance at the time you’re requesting it. If so I will proceed.

When you have completed this course, you may retake it as many times as you wish, or you may proceed to the next level if you wish to learn more about self-healing and growth. There is no requirement to take this course.
The Extension Course

This 6-part course will impart the following skills:
- Understanding the Shadow – working with unfelt feelings
- Accepting Yourself and Your Accomplishments
- Increasing your Sense of Wholeness – connecting with forgotten parts of your self and clearing all lies held in your being
- Developing Sovereignty – “I am me and only me” – and working with Relationship
- Clearing Metabeliefs – like: something is missing, something is wrong, things are getting worse, etc.
- Centering and Balancing; Working with the midline, Embodying the your essence and being more of yourself.
These classes will also be one hour long and will take place at 1 pm each Friday for six weeks beginning on a date to be announced in Sacred Sharings. If you are not available at that time you may access them via recording, and the recordings will remain accessible for as long as you need them.

When you have completed this course you may choose to retake it and/or proceed to membership in Achieving Results Beyond Belief mentoring group, which is described below on this page, and which is not required, but is a way to learn more and deepen your skills.
My intent with these two new courses is to help you feel much more competent in your self-healing abilities, which can potentially save you considerable time and money in private sessions with me or other healers. How much depends on whether you participate in the classes (either live or via recording) and practice the skills, rather than just making the purchase. Mentoring Group for Achieving Results Beyond Belief, Yuen Method, Healing Chamber and The Opening
This is a practice group for students of any of my work, including the teachings of Dr. Yuen, the Healing Chamber and The Opening who wish to increase their mastery of the material.
It meets twice monthly.
The current group meets on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10:00 am ET.
If you cannot attend at either of those meeting times you will still benefit by listening to the recording and sending in your questions and requests prior to each meeting.
Also, please email me if you would like to participate but prefer a different time. As the group grows I will offer another time slot.
The monthly fee is US$ 69. The subscription may be cancelled at any time after a minimum of 3 months.

Fourth Tuesday Explorations
In this series you will be introduced to a new aspect of consciousness change and expansion each month, always (starting in November 2021) on the fourth Tuesday at 7:40 pm ET [Note the new time starting in June, 2025] (unless otherwise noted in the Sacred Sharings newsletter). Some will be stand-alone classes; others will have prerequisites of other things, which are given in the descriptions. Accessing Information Through Feeling
