This is a ready-made program to assist you in falling asleep and staying asleep throughout the night (unless there’s some important reason for you to wake up, which it will not prevent). The Healing Bed
Now is the time!
My inner guidance has let me know that this is the moment to release the Healing Bed to the world. This is the etheric version of what many have been referring to as Medbeds, and I’ve been told that this version does even more than those devices (which exist in other worlds) do. It imparts light, sound and other frequencies, geometries, tones (arrangements of frequencies), and qualities of Source, whichever are needed by the recipient.
I have programmed the bed to give you a 20-minute session, which in some cases may be more than you need, but will never be insufficient. I will not be present with you because I am not required for it to work. There is nothing you need to do while you are experiencing it except to think “Healing Bed On”*. The Subtle Scripts
In this program I use whatever programs are applicable to your situation out of a possible 1399 I was recently given by Spirit, which I am calling the Subtle Scripts. This allows us to cover a lot of ground in much less time than in a regular phone or telepathic session. You may view the names of 300 of them here. (The rest do not have names.)

Living in the (Danger) Zone
I have discovered that, just like athletes, everyone has a state they have attained (or have the potential to access) in which they experience life as effortless. When you are in this state you know who you are and why you are here. You’re being the unique individual that is you and radiating the beauty and power of yourself to All That Is. All is in flow and joy is the result. Again, the potential of that is there for everyone whether you have already experienced it or not.
Each one’s Zone is different because you are a unique individual. For an athlete it may be the feel of life force coursing through their body; for another it could be standing in their truth.
