The Global Vibe Shifters sessions have been really powerful and illuminating. Thank you for offering this. I appreciate the particularly great session this morning. I’m not sure what got cleared, but I know that I feel a shift. There is more space in my body; I’m lighter, settled somehow. As I mentioned during the call, I suddenly felt that I could breathe – lungs and sinuses cleared, though I wasn’t focused on these, or even aware that there was a blockage here until they opened. An unexpected and pleasant bonus. So it appears that the contract revocation process was very helpful.

Working with Ellen Kratka has brought phenomenal and dramatic changes. Looking at my life you would see an energetic, enthusiastic, confident professional. What you wouldn’t know is that I would suddenly, for no identifiable reason, get hit with periods of being despondent and feeling incredibly sad and discouraged. I would use affirmative prayer to get myself back together, but the unexplainable depression would unexpectedly hit me hard – again and again. I was divinely guided to find Ellen!  Her skill with the Healing Codes as well as being a remarkable Energy Healer has literally transformed my life. Together we tackled unresolved past emotional stress and trauma, some of which I knew about and others of which I had no idea.

We worked on issues of self-worth and esteem, birth trauma, staying motivated and even my tendency to be accident prone. Ellen’s work is nothing short of remarkable. It’s as if I’ve had a mental and emotional make-over. I have greater self-respect and an incredible sense of inner peace and balance and feel consistently energetic. Furthermore, I was astonished with the Healing with Elan [program]. When I would receive my weekly report I was amazed to see issues addressed, which were things I hadn’t even spoken about with Ellen. I highly endorse Ellen Kratka and recommend you don’t hesitate in working with her for effectual and lasting healing.

Ellen is an inspired teacher and healer, and the material she presents is in advance of many current spiritual teachers. She creates a safe space for all participants to explore their feelings and reactions and “be” where they are without judgment. Ellen is a truly wise, caring, generous and light -filled soul who has walked the walk and has a great presence and kindness. [In her teaching] Ellen covers a lot of bases but she does so with grace and ease. Her presentations are thematic and generously backed up with recordings of the session and printed material as well. So weeks afterwards you can go to your file and do a meditation she offered on a subject that’s come up for you at that time and it’s like a gift that has been put away in a drawer, but better. She’s the real thing and her presentations and words have the ring of truth.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Ellen Kratka both personally and professionally. She is intelligent, compassionate, insightful, intuitive, and highly ethical and confidential in all matters.

I am a Reiki Master in the process of launching my own practice. I enrolled in Ellen’s teleconference class called Love and Lightwork. It is designed for light-workers such as myself. The course has served three purposes for me:
To remove emotional blockages which would most likely impede my personal success, help me pinpoint my life’s mission and the populace I am meant to serve, and learn practical tools of how to launch/market a business successfully.

Ellen is a superb teacher-an excellent communicator who gives her students well-organized lessons, self-healing practices, and deep personal insight. There is great respect and confidentiality among the students in her classes.

I have both studied counseling and had private therapy sessions. Through these I have gained insight into personal struggles, behavioral issues and strategies to deal with these. Although counseling and therapy has been greatly useful, Ellen’s class has been more healing than any traditional counseling I have ever received. She has a wealth of psychological and intuitive insight. The combination of these gifts in addition her innate ability to provide true spirit/mind/body healing that makes her classes/personal sessions so effective. Spiritual healing is rarely (or never) offered in traditional therapy and business mentoring and is truly necessary for lasting and whole growth.

This piece is exactly what I found missing in any past counseling I have experienced, and is what makes Ellen’s work so effective.

A week or so ago, I was doing some work, designing a course with my friend and colleague, Ellen Kratka. In the middle of thinking about how we could support others in moving through old patterns quickly, she said, “here, let’s try this.” I agreed to be the guinnea pig and away we went. It was a fairly quick process that led me into some deeper dialogue with myself. I gained quick insight into the origin of current experiences that shocked and delighted me. I was able to see that, in spite of the fact that I often speak to groups and teach as an adjunct professor, I have carried a deep fear that holds me back from public speaking and being visible. This was not supportive of my mission to assist others in their journey. I kept with her process of revealing and doing some simple tapping and inquiring, guided by her masterful technique and obvious deep caring, and before I knew it, I emerged clear and peaceful.

All that said, I felt good at the time but the proof was in the pudding when I went to teach a class two days later that had always made me nervous. At the end of it, I was approached by my colleagues who exclaimed, “That was fabulous. You were right on. I knew you could show up like this and have it all come together…and today you did.” It was not until dinner time, relaxing with a glass of Cabernet, that I realized why it was so easy for me that day. One word fell out of my mouth….Ellen. Thank you!

In the evenings when I’m feeling lonely (as a single woman) is the hardest time for me and works against my desire to get to a healthier weight. I will “self-nurture” with food. On 3/31/08 I had an Immunics session with Ellen Kratka.During the session we removed pathologies in my bodies that were keeping me stuck in the need to self-nurture.

Because I have an enlarged heart I am usually aware of my heart beating heavily, I can feel it thumping in my chest and up into my left neck. During the session it calmed down so much so that I was shocked. With the calmness came a lightness in my body. I also had a muscle on the left side of my neck that felt tense and contracted. That tension radiated all the way down to my left shoulder blade. With the session the muscle relaxed, and the range of motion in my neck was expanded.

Later that evening I didn’t feel that insatiable urge to stuff myself. Also the next day I felt calm still and I noticed my eating was more gentle and not so insatiable. There wasn’t that underlying deep feeling of anxiety.

Ellen is an intuitive coach and I’m grateful for her talent to be clear in her instruction and delivery of information and process.

I walked over to the pool after the call (it has a wonderful waterfall with lots of negative ions) and sat down and did a bunch of Immunics. Very relaxing and vibrant at the same time. I came back wanting to vacuum – which is not my usual self! So lots of shifts happening!

The Healing the Past seminar with you was just completed, and thanks and appreciation for your work is in order.

Ellen, you have the ability to explain whatever new material you are covering in an easy to understand, and simple to follow, manner. With everything, there is an explanation, examples of the point, and then the truth to be learned.

I have taken the Healing Codes program, and had an understanding of how it worked. You, Ellen, have integrated this wonderful healing modality with your vast knowledge of other useful energy techniques to enable people to both release blocks and infuse new behaviour in a short process, which is very effective and lasting. You are patient, understanding, answer any and all questions, have a set agenda for every class, and even with interruptions manage to steer the class through the program in a calm, loving and soothing tone of voice.

At the end of every class, I felt calm and encouraged for the coming week. At the end of this course, I feel that I can look after my own needs and that I am completely able, with my own knowledge and wisdom within, to do so.

I’ve been taking Ellen’s Heart-Based Selling course for six sessions to date. The tools she presents are effective. I am well on my way to accomplishing my goals. More important, to me, than the actual outcomes of my activity is the fact that I feel really good about what I am doing. Up until a little over a year ago, my life consisted of “Not Good Enough”. In all areas; health, love, relationships, career, money, you name it. Ellen’s coaching skills have made a difference in my life in just a few sessions. I seem to be manifesting everything I need in order to be the best I can be. Things are going quite well with my program, MAKING IT ON PURPOSE, a mentoring program for teen girls transitioning from the foster care system to independent living. I must tell you I have never forgotten the work we did together. The name of the project came out of our work together. I definitely had the opportunity to change a core belief I had held for years. Thank you for your help. As a matter of fact, Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of SW FL has adopted the project under their non-profit status and we are definitely making a huge difference in the lives of these girls. We have far exceeded our expectations these past 12 months and have grand plans for the future. This is a pilot project for the nation. Great things happen when we have Divine Guidance and when we listen!
